- Products must be returned with their original tags, and be in the same condition to when you received them.
- You must not have worn, washed or altered the product in any way.
- Caps must be returned in a box to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
- The product has arrived to you in a faulty condition.

If you are requesting a refund of your returned products, please allow up to 3 working days for funds to clear in to your account. This varies for different banks and financial institutions.
If you've experience some difficulties with your order, in that you may not have received the correct product, of if your items have arrived faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us directly so we are able to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
